Individual Coaching Programmes

During this journey, we will evaluate your current lifestyle and habits, develop a wellness vision and set SMART health goals. You will be provided with the necessary knowledge and  resources to identify and support your new choices, lifestyle behaviours and habits. If necessary we will also explore possible barriers and how to overcome these. Follow up communication and support is also available after each session depending on the programme of choice.

Individual programmes are available over 4, 6 or 8 sessions.
